link: On March 23, 2020, the Minister of Corporate Affairs has advised all companies/ LLP's to implement a "Work from Home” policy until March 31, 2020 (which date may be extended depending on evolving conditions). Companies are also requested, on a voluntary basis, to file a web-based form called Company's Affirmation of Readiness towards COVID-19) (CAR) to affirm their compliance to such advisory.
